3 NYPD Detectives Acquitted in 51 bullet Murder of Groom

In an expected decision the courts upheld that police would be the final arbiter of deadly force. The decision came down to the law believing the agents and not the eyewitnesses or those that were wounded. All eyewitness’ contradicted the police account, even those who they shot, but the authorities cannot take their word over their sworn agents.
