The EU takes control of their subjects by keeping them from any information that might become a menace to "their safety." Any search for words, just certain words, will be prohibited by a narrow set of laws imposed on all subjects by Imperial EU ministers appointed to this task. The law is to be arbitrarily created and administered by each state.
