Morgan Reynolds has made no-planes a federal case. In a filing by Reynolds attorney, Connecticut lawyer Jerry V. Leaphart, in US District Court of Southern NY Morgan Reynolds makes the case that the “9/11 contractors NIST hired to investigate destruction of the WTC Towers on 9/11 defrauded the U.S. government.
