On September 14, 2001 president Bush proclaimed emergency powers under acts from World War I and II. Usurping the powers under the emergency acts past and now enacted our actual “rule of law” is nothing more than rule by proclamation. While the ugly reality may not sit well with an American, looking the other way only allows more abuse.
